No returns/exchanges for international customers.

At Indian hair by AJ, we are pleased to offer our customers the option to make returns if they meet certain criteria. To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original, unmodified condition, within 7 days of delivery. If you’re eligible, a store credit is issued for the returned item, no refunds.

To initiate a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you use our designated returns center. This will ensure that your request is processed promptly and efficiently.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges through any other means. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to our valued customers.

Also, the following products are NOT VALID for Returns or Exchange:

1. Sale Orders / Discounted orders

2. Curly / Wavy Hair Extensions & Hair Toppers

3. International orders

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?

If you are exchanging your order, you will be responsible for your own exchange shipping cost.

How do I know if the shade is a good match without opening the box?

We understand that accurately determining your AJ ideal color match from your digital displays can be challenging. Great news is that all full sets of AJ Hair extensions (excluding our Volumizer Wefts) come with a tester (Please note – Each order includes a color matching tester to ensure the perfect shade for your you will be responsible for your own exchange shipping costs hair. Please note that the tester is for color matching purposes and does not represent the length or weight of the full product) in the top compartment of the box. You can take out this piece to determine if the color is a good match.

Please note that the tester/ sample is part of the full set, and is required to be shipped back with your order for an exchange. Please do not tamper with the tester weft in any way. This includes dyeing, toning, cutting, curling, straightening, and washing.

Will I be refunded my express shipping cost?

No. Express shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I return or exchange an opened set?

No. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven’t been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or an exchange.

Does the tester weft have to be included with my return/exchange?

Yes, the tester weft is part of the full set and must be included with your order in its original condition. If the tester weft is not included, your refund/exchange may not be issued, or your original method of payment may be charged for the cost of the set.
